About Us

Door County Eye Associates has proudly been serving the Door County community for over 50 years. The practice was started when Dr. E.C. Pfarr opened his practice in 1948. Dr. Paulsen joined Dr. Pfarr in 1982 and the office was moved to it's present location in 1986.

Today, we're proud to occupy the historic Hay Hardware building. The building has seen such businesses as a grainery, a hardware store, a bicycle shop, and now eyecare!
